For Coaching: If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, 60% of the session fee is forfeited to cover the reserved timeslot. The remaining balance may be refunded or applied toward a future session..
For Groups & Webinars: Your registration holds a seat that cannot be filled on short notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or a no-show without notice forfeit the full fee to JWCS.
