You should know!
There are rules to coaching that I must ALWAYS follow. Below are the highlights that we can discuss more when we meet.

What Life Coaching Is
- Life coaching gives you a partner who helps you make meaningful changes in your life. Drawing on both training and lived experience, I guide you as you choose your direction and move toward your goals.
- Coaching focuses on the present and future. Past experiences may be discussed, but only to help you understand how they shape your current beliefs and choices.
- Our work together is confidential, with the exception of legal requirements for safety (such as harm to self or others). I may also use non-clinical tools like needs assessments or wellness questionnaires to help you communicate with your healthcare provider.
What Life Coaching is NOT

- Life coaching is not therapy or medical treatment. I do not diagnose, treat, or provide counseling for mental health conditions, addiction, trauma, or relationship issues. Coaching cannot replace counseling, psychotherapy, or other clinical services.
- If you are currently in psychiatric or therapeutic care, please consult with your provider to decide if coaching is right for you.
As a Master Life Coach and Family Peer Advocate, I support you in:
- Shifting unhelpful patterns of thinking
- Strengthening self-care and emotional well-being
- Building new skills for parenting and daily life
- Setting and achieving goals that matter to you
- Making changes that improve your quality of life
- Finding fresh motivation and confidence
- Facing parenting challenges with clarity and support
